This policy explains how InfiniX Fitness, a sole proprietorship operated by Takahiro Taguchi in California, USA (“InfiniX Fitness”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information collected through infinixfit.com.

Information we collect

• Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the program you are interested in and the message you write.
• Coaching applications. If you apply for coaching through the application form at apply.infinixfit.com, I receive your answers, including health information, under the separate Health Information Consent.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically processes basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the website.
• Language preference. If you switch between English and Japanese, your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage. It is not sent to us.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Please do not send detailed medical information through the enquiry form. Health information needed for coaching is collected only through the coaching application form, with your explicit consent.

How we use it

We use enquiry information only to reply to you, discuss our services and keep basic business records. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to our business email account by an email delivery provider. If the form instead opens your own email app, the message is sent by your email provider. Coaching applications are delivered by email through Google and summarized for the coach by an AI service (Anthropic's Claude). Clients' plans and check-ins are managed in the FLLW coaching app. These providers process data on our behalf only to provide their services.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, and delete them on request unless we are required to keep them.

Your rights

You may ask to know, access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. Contact taka@infinixfit.com.

Our services and this website are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. A Japanese translation is provided for convenience; if the versions differ, the English version applies.
